Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for sorting and keeping department drawings and process data;

2. Participate in the design and effect tracking of workshop equipment upgrading and transformation scheme;

Job requirements:

Material R&D Engineer 2022/12/12
Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for the technical guidance, review, and supervision of the use of materials required for the company's products in terms of testing, chemical composition analysis, etc.

2. Design materials and products, and be responsible for sample production and test problem solving.

3. Responsible for the formulation of product test plan and the writing and analysis of test report.

Job requirements:

1. Master degree or above, major in inorganic non-metallic materials, applied chemistry, etc.

2. More than two years experience in material R&D in new material factory is preferred.

Product Development Engineer 2022/12/12
Responsibilities:

1. Evaluate the design of new products and put forward suggestions for improvement to ensure smooth mass production and quality in the future;

2. Be responsible for product appearance and structure design development, drawing production, confirmation, etc., and solve structural problems in product development;

3. Responsible for the follow-up and confirmation of problems in the project product trial mold, trial production and mass production;

4. Be responsible for the confirmation of product manufacturing process, product standard material usage, PPH and yield;

5. Be responsible for the technical communication of outsourcing manufacturing or resource development, providing technical support for production and continuous improvement of products.

6. Lead the change of product specifications of mass produced models, including engineering experiments, ECR, PCN, etc.

7. Lead the improvement of product characteristics and yield of mass produced models;

8. Cooperate with the Procurement and Quality Assurance Department to develop and evaluate suppliers.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in machinery, measurement and control, material forming, mold design, etc;

2.5 years or more experience in precision device development, familiar with the development process of new products;

3. Have certain ability to develop new precision components, and be familiar with the project development process;

4. Have a solid theoretical foundation of mechanical structure, and be familiar with the performance and production process of plastic and hardware materials.

5. Master the development process of precision components;

6. Skilled in operating design software;

7. Have strong ability in information collection and analysis, data analysis, sorting and induction;

8. Have strong writing skills, be able to independently write project reports, handle customer emails, etc;

9. Active thinking, strong communication and coordination ability, good at observation and summary, independent thinking ability and strong learning ability;
